All digital assets purchased through EditandFlow are delivered within a standard processing window of 1 to 5 hours post-payment confirmation. Immediately upon successful transaction, users will receive an automated delivery confirmation email containing a secure, direct-access download link.

 Delivery Workflow for Video Post-Production Services

For custom video editing services, a project-specific delivery timeline will be outlined and communicated via email within a maximum of 48 hours from order confirmation.

Clients will receive a detailed production schedule and a delivery milestone overview to ensure expectations and deadlines are aligned.

All deliverables will be provided in standardized, high-fidelity formats, according to the nature of the digital product or service. File formats may include but are not limited to:

• Video formats: MP4 (H.264), MOV (ProRes), AVI, WMV
• Image formats: JPEG, PNG, PSD (Photoshop)
• Vector formats: AI (Adobe Illustrator), SVG
• Documents & templates: PDF, DOCX, Notion-compatible exports

Each file is optimized for compatibility, resolution, and platform-specific deployment (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Ads).

Download Access & Retrieval

• Email Delivery: Secure download links are embedded in the confirmation email sent immediately after successful checkout.
• Client Portal: If an account is created during the checkout process, users may log in to their EditandFlow client dashboard at any time to access previous purchases and redownload assets on demand.

All links are encrypted, time-limited, and download-tracked for security purposes.
